I've always found that asking a salesperson is the first step (;-))
They're coin-operated, and so will often refer you to someone helpful,
both to avoid spending their time on non-profitable work, and to do
things that make the company in general richer.

As for the Hack Labs I have a also new Intel Galileo board if someone wants to
