Cliff;

I've used ChartDirector in multiple projects and it has always delivered
very well.  It's reasonably quick; the charts are reasonably well
resolved; they're completely configurable; the support is reasonable and
the cost is pretty cheap compared to "re-inventing the wheel".

That's just my $0.02 worth..  YMMV
