A better test would be to give a line of HTML code or a CSS definition and ask
the person to describe what it does. Anyone can look up code from a book or
the internet, but they have to understand the code's usage to look for the
answer.
For instance put form code on the test with an image for the submit button and
ask what displays.
For CSS, give div style code with an index attribute and ask what the index is
for.
For Javascript, use the onblur event in the code and ask when it's triggered.
