Hi. I have had similar issues using Window-eyes 9.0 causing an error to be generated. Yet, when I tried to send an error report, I couldn't because I couldn't find an option to send it. I exited the program when the error report was generated, opened the help section of the Window-eyes control panel, found the error report dialog and pressed enter on it. Nothing. No, the error report feature isn't removed. I think the error was generated by the Gw Toolkit from the sounds I heard.
