Hi, First, Jo is a female! I understand you wouldn't know this by just hearing the name! Thanks for all comments. I know where the deleted items folder is in my inbox folders and that gets emptied when I exit the program. I thought that deleted items went somewhere else and were not really permanently deleted from my computer. That's what I'm looking for just so I can free up more space. I use a solid state drive so I dare not do a defrag. I found nothing in options to help, either. Using Outlook 2010 with WE 9.0 Regards and thank you!
