I was a little confused by your reply.
Are you saying he must remove the 60-day version and download the
version at http://windoweyesforoffice.com?
I think he should since I think that the 60-day evaluation version will not
detect the presence of the Microsoft Office 2013 installation and convert to
a fully licenced Window-Eyes.
I believe that only the version downloaded at http://windoweyesforoffice.com
will do this.

Yes, this package will work you need to remove the old version and then
install the new version note that the version of the programs you must
