The only one that would download was the second vsto file since the first one is outdated and the I didn't have vsto on my machine or I wouldn't have been able to install that either since it too is down-level from the current version. Why are you not using the current version of vsto? Also, that framework is down level from current Operating Systems and thus wont install either. So, I have everything you mentioned and that will install on a modern machine and still have the warning that I should disable WindowEyes from Microsoft outlook PlugIns because WindowEyes is causing crashes. What is this command line process Bill mentioned and does it apply to Windows 8 and Windows 8.1? Most everything you mention is for 5 to 10 year old systems.
