I also tried Neospeech Kate for a while, but went back to DecTalk because there are many words Kate pronounced differently. My recollection is that I was having a hard time distinguishing between when she said "did" and "didn't" (as in did not) -- pretty important distinction when reading stuff at work! It was fun for a while, but I'm back to DecTalk Paul. Just couldn't get used to the differences in pauses and pronunciation.
