Hui,

Assuming the Flash itself is accessible (most Flash is not) it is 
supported out of browse mode.

As for XP we do not go out of our way to block it in 9.0 or 9.1 but we 
also do not support it or test with it.  Meaning use at your own risk 
but to be honest, from the feedback I've been hearing it still works as 
it did.  But again, our support department will not provide any support 
for XP.  Likely XP will be blocked at some point.
