Hi,

Try using Control-F4 to close the problematic  document, and this will keep
Adobe open.
Then, return to the folder where the file attachment is stored and try
opening it again.

Hi guys I am getting frustrated with adobe I get pdf files sent to me and
they do not open all I get is we saying alert document being prosessed and
nothing else.
I have the security turned off it is driving me crazy.
Any ideas.
