Hi: I get slowdowns on occasion as well and sometimes WE even stopps but usually just stays slow. It seems to happen most often in Outlook while creating a message and in Visual Studio while editing text. Sometimes if you don't type anything for some time it will come back or if you type really slow. Other times a ReBoot of the computer will fix it. I too run Windows 8.1 and the Office 365 version of Outlook and Internet Explorer - I have not noticed this yet in Internet explorer. Rick USA
