Hello Here is the problem I am having. I know there is an attachment, several have told me it really does exist, however my computer keeps saying, "no attachment found." The technology specialist at the NM commission for the blind, Curtis chong suggested two different approaches for me to retrieve it.
1. He sugested that after I open the email, I hit Alt F, then e then I. what ever this is suppose to do, it just takes me back to the menu. 2. 2. He suggested that I open the message, press Alt, arrow down to "Save attachments" hit enter. Needless to say, that won't work either. Infact, if the message is open, it just makes a metallic sound. Dink. I am so frustrated.
