Hi Don, I didn't have these synthesizers to test my app on when I wrote it. As mentioned in the help documentation, if you normally have your screen pitch set to three, and the app by default raises the pitch three levels, then you should notice a pitch of six when you cursor over caps while editing or moving the mouse by character. Sorry if it doesn't work, but I don't know how to duplicate your problem so as to correct it.
