i have new page information for read page off, flash,forms,lists turned off.
for both firefox and i e 11
form interaction is on.

It isn't, that was an Internet Explorer specific setting anyhow. It never
worked in Firefox.
What version of Firefox is being used? Also will need step by step.
Just tried with Firefox 37 and Chrome 42 with no refreshing. Note I don't
have flash installed in Firefox but it is in Chrome.

it probibly won't not work on ebay but would like to try.
i would advise people that are useing ebay to contact them about the flash
advertisement they have on there main page now.
it keeps re loading the page and w e 9.1 will keep reading it over and
over again. rendering they're page almost useless. pressing the shift key
to shut it up helps for a little while before it starts again. long enough
to enter something to search on. but i can't go to anything else on the
page without the flash interupting me.
