Hi: Open outlook and shift+tab back to the list of folders. Arrow down to the deleted items folder and hit enter on it Hit shift+f10 to open the context menu and arrow to the item labeled empty the folder, hit enter and if asked if you want to remove the items hit enter on yes. I think these hot keys are right, this is off the top of my head and if they don't play out as mentioned post up and I will verify the correct key combinations. Rick USA
