I did neglect to indicate neither screen reader currently supports
Project Spartin (now Microsoft Edge). Otherwise, the newest Windows 10
builds, 10074, 10122, and 10130 work very well. I really love the new
Start screen.

I am using the preview, and it is accessible. There are some issues of
responciveness, such as when you use alt tab to switch between
windows, and
be careful when moving between builds, because if you are microsoft

window-eyes user, it will remove your serial number.
