Hi, I don't write to the list often, However, I have the same type of speech loss and crashing problems. I have Windows Vista and WE 8.4. I'm not sure how much ram I have. The speech loss and crashing happens in the early morning and sometimes with word 2010. Most of the time doing control alt w brings it back. However, sometimes I have to do a hard reset. Sometimes even rebooting doesn't bring speech back. Is there any way to solve this problem? Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks much in advance.
