Hi Karen,

If you press Alt-D you will be placed in the address bar where the URL is
located and will be highlighted if you don't press the arrow keys or
anything.
At this point, you could press Control-Shift-M to read the selected block of
text, namely, the URL and/or press Control-C to copy it to the clipboard.
Finally, press F6 to return to the web page.
