The problem with Win eyes responding quickly to a Down Arrow, is
something I experince in Window Exporer in Win 7, as well as when using
Any Browser, and Arrowing down what ever Web page I might be on.
Go too fast and 9.1 goes quiet. Sometimes for up to 30 or 40 seconds,
and sometimes for good. till you restart Win eyes.
