Hi
Ok, i'm still running Windows 7. I don't mean to sound silly, but is
file explorer something new in Windows 10, or is this just another name
for windows explorer? I just wanted to clarify a bit. i think, given
the sluggishness some people are experiencing that i'll be staying with
Windows 7 at least for a while yet.

Still trying to figure this lag problem out with file explorer and
Windows 10.
Here is a little discovery. Lets say I go to my documents. It has a
lot of entries. If I press enter on my documents then press the down
arrow fairly quickly I get nothing. If I press the my documents
button then wait several seconds before hitting the down arrow I can
then read the entries. Still a little lag between down arrow and
speech but much improved. Sighted help tells me just as soon as I
press the my documents button the screen is populated with all its
entries but it must be a case of We not having access to them as
quickly. Any ideas of how to resolve this would be great. Even more
evidence to this as being the issue is if lets say you open another
category such as downloads where the list of entries is smaller you
don't have to wait as long to begin pressing the down arrow and
getting speech. Don't remember this being this way in Win 7 or Win 8.1.
