Hi,
here is a free program to get your windows key.
http://www.jaws-users.com/programs/Utilities/keyfinder.2.0.1.html
You will not need the windows 7 key to upgrade to windows 10.
But keep it in a safe place in case you need to install windows 7 again.
When you get upgraded to windows 10, you should get a new key.
use the free key finder program to see the windows 10 key.

Hi all, and thank you for the help.

I tried searching for this information, but I couldn’t make sense of what
anything said. How do I find my windows 7 product key, so I can write it down
in case it is needed when I download and install Windows 10. I also want to
know if the method used to activate windows 7 was a true product key or an ID
that was bought with a bulk license.

GOD BLESS,

Wren Langley
