Yep, you can download the mediatool and upgrade your computer and you can do it without eyeballs -- after the second reboot, you can start narrator by doing windows enter and you do the initial setup from there -- I would install 9.2 before doing that and you will need to run the 9.2 upgrade file after the upgrade if you are going from windows 7.
