Thanks chris for all your help on the upgrade process. I did the way that you suggested a week ago and my upgrade went very smoothly last night. I am now enjoying windows 10 and I would not think of going back to windows 7 or 8.1.this is a very nice upgrade. I would like to thank Microsoft and AI Squared for the smooth transition to windows 10 and window eyes 9.2.
