Unfortunately for a new Windows 10 system you need a full install of
Window-Eyes 9.2. The upgrade only works if you've installed Windows 10
on a system that's already running Window-Eyes 9.2. And that's only
necessary if it was a Windows 7 system because the mirror driver must be
replaced with an accessibility driver. So you'll have to purchase a full
9.2 CD or request a download from AI Squared.

I have a new Windows 10 machine but because Windows 10 will not let me
install WE 9.0, I cannot get WE installed. Do I have to purchase a WE
9.2 disc and wait for it to get here? Or can I download 9.2? I didn’t
realize this until it was too late to call ASquared on Friday.
