Hello, what you need to do is a two-step process, regrettably. You have to highlight the folder, WE will ask you whether you want to move it to your deleted items folder? ...Say yes to that, then go to your deleted items folder, look for the folder, then press shift delete, we then asks, delete this folder, and everything in it? ...Say yes to that, and that's it. ...voila!
