Just go to control pannel and then click on file explorer and check the my
pc view its easy.

disk management is not what you want. this does not open the list of drives

this is for formatting, shrinking, extending a drive partition adding or
removeing partitions or removeing the drive. adding or change the drive
letter
of a second drive or flash drive etc.

Windows key X opens up a context list with a lot of useful items
including disk manager.
