I see the control panel too and I do have General/start up options/show icon in the notification area instead of the taskbar set to yes already.

It is just like the control back slash key had been pressed. This situation has only happened since upgrading to WE 9.2 when it was released. Anyone know how WE can be altered so it loads on boot up but does not automatically display the WE control panel?
