Hi, ok, sorry I have more time now, hit the windows key and you should hear "cortana" edit field. Now type in cortana. Press enter on: Cortana system settings search settings. Now press tab until you hear where it talks about cortana. You will have to listen to the blerb then you will be on a toggle switch and you can just change that to off.
