This morning when I started the computer Window-Eyes came up. I had to reinstall it since all my apps were gone. After using the emergency removal tool, I did put Window-Eyes 9.0.0 bak on the computer from the disk. Now my apps are back. The final step was to get Window-Eyes 9.2.1.0. Everything is back to normal.
