Hi, Paulette. You should be able to take care of this by going into the
Window-Eyes Control Panel and arrowing down to Verbosity. Press Right Arrow
to open the node. Arrow down to Browse Mode and arrow right to open it.
Press L twice to go to Languages. When you tab, you will be presented with
the Speak Language Changes button. You can set it to Global or Program and
to Yes or No. With the No setting, your language should not change. Don't
forget to save your settings.
