Hi, I am having trouble opening attachments in Outlook 2007 ever since I went to windows 8.1 and window eyes 9.2
I used to just tab to the attachments and then arrow through the attachment or attachments in an email and then just press enter to open the attachment. Now when I tab to the attachment line WE says attachments button so I press enter but nothing happens. I have even tried to just go to the attachment line and arrow around but still no results. I have sighted help and they have verified that nothing is happening and the attachment or attachments are not showing. So what do I need to do to get to my attachment or attachments so I can open them. Thanks in advance.
