Ms. Smith, what version of WE are you using?  Do you have the proper set files 
installed.  Are any of the settings in the WE control panel not working?  The 
next step might be to contact tech support at AI Squared.

Subject: alt keys not working

So for some time I've been whining that I cannot open attachments and still I 
cannot.  Well, today I saw the tip of the day and it talking about using
"alt1 or alt 2 or alt 3 and so on to retrieve certain kinds of info from an 
email.  Well I just realize none of these work either.  Do you have any 
suggestions of what might be going on?
Again I use an Lenovo with MS2010. If any of that info makes a difference.
