Is trying a re-install of the driver under Windows Compatibility worth attempting?
I admit to finding this very strange: I am fortunate in having several braille displays, but not the Brailliant, and I have not had any driver installation issues. A driver for 8.1 should work, if you can locate one. Good luck. This failure on Humanware's part is frustrating and makes me very much appreciate AISquare's policy of having new versions ready for a major release of Windows.
