Mine was also windows 10 64 bit, had to enable a feature in "windows
features" which I don't remember the name of to get it to work properly.

not processed in my pdf files?
Yes, as suggested I did now open via the vv itself - but the two files,
that where scanned with my scanner still say: "no text found" but there
is text and all other ocr applications I ever tried could process them.
Any settings I can change ?
Hope there are some hints I can try.
