I bet you 10 to 1 Ai Squared are working on that problem. There may be legal issues when it comes to supporting touch screens, that is to say, they may need to make sure they don't accidentally copy the code that another competitor is using. Also, many people may not want to use touch screens, and be happy with keyboards.

I am hoping that window eyes in version 9.3 or what ever version does
support touch screen both their paid and free competition have it in their
offerings and I am wondering how come this is not offered in the window
eyes offering. If windows 10 is so great with touch experiecne then how come
the rock solid company can not provide the touch support to their screen
reader . Again window eyes has fallen behind in the innovative space they
usually claim that they are in.

Not a chance.

Correct on your assumption.

You need a tablet with an intel based processor running Windows 10 for
intel based processors.
Mobil devices run arm processors that won't work with Window-eyes.

Will WE 9.2 work on a windows 10 based tablet running Windows 10 mobile?
I assume that the Windows 10 mobile version is like the RT version of
Windows 8 and doesn't work with WE 9.2.
