I'm not aware of any tutorial on Remote Assistance using Window-Eyes, but
the manual tells you pretty much everything you need to know.
So, the bread crumbs to the info in the manual is:
Window-Eyes Features > Remote Assistance
Once you navigate to this node, simply expand this to find individual items
to read in order to set up and use this feature.
