if you don't remove the get windows 10 it will eventually install itself
without your permission.
go to windows update and uninstall this update. then reboot.
KB3035583
after you reboot keep looking for this same update , check it and open a
context menu on it and click on hide this update so it doesn't reinstall again.
even with this microsoft is determined to force you to upgrade. they will
probibly push another patch later to do the same thing.

This happens to me all the time. I hear Window Eyes say "custom control",
after I've been away from the computer for a while. I think it goes to the
"get Windows 10 button. I just ignore it and tab to the desktop.

Hi,
I wrote the list a couple of weeks ago about something that is going on and
got no answer.
It seems that when I am not using my computer, after about 15 minutes or so,
the cursor leaves my desk top and gores to the task bar and there it stays
until I press windows D to bring the desk top back in to focus.
Has anyone experienced this?
Thanks,
Pastor Gil
