I don't know if you have some sighted help but in order to do this procedure you need to use some inaccessible software. I forgot how I found this out but it is a common windows 10 error. Do a google search for "windows 10 error code: 19". You'll find an article on how to fix the error. The inaccessible software I mentioned is something called drivereasy and will find the latest drivers you need and install them for you. You may not have to use the software. See if you can find the article.
