Hi, Currently in PDFs you need to go into table mode. Before using the insert arrow keys.
Control-numpad plus goes into table mode. Control-numpad-dash turns off table mode. Also, Control-Shift-H to rotate through options for the automatic speaking of row and column headers. You can go to the hot keys node in the Window-Eyes control panel, expand this node, and arrow down to browse mode. Then, press tab and you'll be in the list of browse mode hotkeys, and press T repeatedly and you will find table-related keys.
