Hi, For those using Becky Internet email, try going to tools/general switch to the message view tab. In the HTML view, the item is set to convert to text switch it to view with IE component. This will allow read to end to function as the messages load in browse mode. I have only tested it for 5 minutes so don't know of any side effects this may have (if any).
