That's the thing though. I'm guessing my SMA is no longer active. Or would
it be reactivated if I purchased them both at the same time?

The price you were quoted over the phone is accurate. The website doesn't
take into consideration the fact that the $49 upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 can be
