Hi, Make sure apps are enabled. Control-backslash, alt-a, enter on app management, enter on app status, finally enter on the on item. Is Outlook Enhance running when Outlook is? Alt-a for the apps menu and arrow down to Outlook Enhance.

If I tab inside the message, I hear attachments button. I have pressed enter, space bar and used the left and right click hot keys. Nothing seems to change.
