Untrue. I mostly use the official iOS and Android apps which are quite accessible. But I also use m.facebook.com which again is quite accessible. Since I have a Mac, there are third party apps that interface with Facebook. Current, a paid app, is one of them and I use it. Again this is quite accessible.
