then control a and control c and open notepad and control v
to paste and arrow through character by character.

Just a thought, but you might try WE's virtual view ctrl+alt+v to
bring up the focused window, and you should be able to use your mouse
or invisible cursor to look for the email address and get your
spelling that way. Short of being able to move the mouse around, it is
about the only option you have, and it does work much of the time.
