When I'm in my email program, sometimes the message only reads half. The culprit is the "Get Windows 10" button. I have to remember to hit alt-f4, before going to the desktop and opening the email program. Maybe this is your problem. Hope this helps. The Windows 10 button is a problem, but I don't know how to get rid of it. I'm using Windows 7 and like it.
