Hi. The setup wizard app used to be called the quick start wizard. Since Zoom Text Fusion's release a couple of months ago, the name of the app was changed to the Setup Wizard app. The setup wizard is the app that runs when you install or reinstall Window-eyes. When the app launches, it allows the user to set the speech rate, your Braille display settings, the choice of synthesizer, etc. etc. Every time an app is updated, I check the information about the update modifications on the app central site.
