I can’t remember if it was this list or not, but someone suggested 1Password when I asked about a password manager that might work well between a PC and other devices. It seems quite promising and does have an IOS app as well as a PC app. However, I can’t import my current CSV file into the PC program. I can’t select columns and the OK button is disabled. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
