This is just my opinion so take it for what it's worth. I agree if need be I won't update the updates. I have them set to where I select what gets installed anyway. A lot of problems could be avoided by not clicking on links you don't know emails that don't sound right probably aren't don't open attachments if you don't know the sender or aren't expecting it. Again just my opinion.
