Hi Veronica, The term invite usually refers to someone inviting you to a specific meeting. If you accept the invite, the meeting will automatically be added to your personal calendar. After opening the invite, you can find all of the options for accepting the invite in the appointment tab in the ribbon. If memory serves, press Alt to activate the ribbon, then Tab until you find the Accept button. Gaining access to a shared calendar is an entirely different task. Normally the Exchange admin would have to give you the rights to view another users calendar. Once you have the correct permissions, you can display it and access it. Your IT person will hopefully have detailed instruction regarding this process. I hope this helps. Regards, Marc
