Dave, I tried someone else's suggestion of using F8. When I hit that, it says Extended Selection on. I can see that as I arrow down or page down, the text is being highlighted from wherever I started. I then his Control C and pasted it to another document. Maybe it was the test document I was using to play with this, but I was having some silence or delay issues when trying to hear where my cursor was. Hopefully the method will be more useful to you.

Once the block has been highlighted, pressing CTRL-C then copies the entire Block to the Clipboard. You can also Cut the bock from the document too by using CTRL-X.
